Exchange or refund the purchase
At all times we use our best efforts to ensure the product is delivered to you in a most perfect condition, but if any quality outturn of the delivery is found, regardless it is due to the nature condition of the fruit or caused by the transportation, Frutodor guarantees to compensate our customers by exchange or refund the purchase.
What you need to do
What you need to do is simply email / whatsapp the photo of the fruit with quality problem to us in the same day of delivery, then we will make the necessary arrangement or compensation. Frutodor always honor our commitment, i.e., 100% money back or goods exchange.
This policy does not apply to:
i) Little damage. For example light scratched and without affect to the flesh of fruit.
ii) Report after the delivery day
