We provides delivery services in Hong Kong then you can enjoy the fine fresh fruits or share them to relatives and friends as a gift.
We recommend you select our logistics company designated by us to protect the rights of sender.If you select logistics service by us, it means you accept and fully agreed our logistics arrangement and condition.
You can also choose and arrange the logistics company by your own, and please be inform and contact us for arrangement.
• All order information will be valid after the confirmation by email, message, WhatsApp, or phone call.
• Our office hour is 9:00-12:30 & 13:30-18:00 (GMT +8) from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Hong Kong).
• The cut-off time is 16:00 of each working day.
• We will arrange the logistics services as soon as possible after order was being confirmed and payment was received.
• Generally, the handling processing of orders is 1-3 working days.
Delivery in Hong Kong:
• We would provide one-off delivery service when the order was equal to or over HK$600 (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories).
• If order was below HK$600, it would applied HK$95 for one time delivery charges.
• There will be an extra charge of HK$85 for distant areas (including Fairview Park, Pat Heung, Kam Tin, Lau Fau Shan, Lam Tsuen, Sai Kung,Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Stanley , Shek O, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay,etc).
• Delivery time is from 09:00 to 22:00 (GMT+8) from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays in Hong Kong).
• Delivery fee is only applied to a single address and one time delivery.
• There will occur an additional charge deliver to supermarkets, hotels, airports, and other distant areas upon request and may need additional working days for the delivery.
• There will be an additional charges of tunnel toll, parking fee, cargo handling, moving goods up and downstairs, etc.
• The extra charge of moving goods up/down for each staircase will be HK$40.
• If the customer request specified delivery time, an additional charged will be applied.
• The logistics company designated by us will provide efficient and fast delivery services. However, if there are any adverse weather conditions (such as No. 8 of Typhoon and Black Rainstorm) and other force majeure factors, we will reschedule the delivery itinerary.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to wrong or missing information, changes after order confirmation, the receiver can’t be reached, and/or any other issues, we will not accept the refund, and the additional costs incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Hong Kong Self Pick-Up Service:
• Pick-up store: Frutodor Limited (Wing Shing Ho).
• Pick-up location: B92, Third Street, Western Wholesale Food Market, 8 Fung Mat Road, Sai Wan, Hong Kong.
• Pick-up store opening hours: 9:00-13:00,14:00-18:00, Monday to Friday; and 9:00-13:00 Saturday.
• We will notify you via WhatsApp or SMS to arrange the self-pickup service after receiving the order.
• Please present the order confirmation email and payment receipt for verification when you pick up the order within 3 days after receiving the notice. Purchased item(s) will be kept for 1-3 days in general.
• If you failed to pick it up at the designated time, the order would be automatically canceled and no refund without prior notice.
Free Delivery:
• You can enjoy the free delivery if you chose the Hong Kong Self Pick-Up Services.
• If the order reaches a specified amount, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a free delivery service.
• You will enjoy free delivery service by purchasing specific goods or by using promotional code. You may contact us or view the product page for details.
Non-stock Product:
• If your Pre-order or Order item(s) is out of stock, we will notify you accordingly.
Ordering Products:
• Pictures and contents are for reference only. Stocks and orders might be slightly changed as we will time to time update in website.
• Some items may not be guaranteed due to diverse reasons. (such as weather, climate)
• Out-of-stock fruits will be substituted by similar items with the same value without notice.
Unable to Deliver:
If the goods can't be delivered successfully due to wrong or missing order information, any change of order information, the receiver’s information cannot be confirmed, the receiver can’t be reached, the goods cannot be delivered successfully at the agreed time and other issues, we cannot accept the requirements for refund and re-delivery. The additional costs incurred by the previous conditions shall be borne by the customer.
