By enrolling in any of these services, you agree to abide by this policy. 2. Sponsor a Tree - Participants may cancel their sponsorship at any time by providing written notice to the Company. - Cancellation will terminate access to updates and benefits associated with the sponsorship, and no refunds will be issued for any fees paid, including the monthly sponsorship fee. 3. Own a Tree - Owners may cancel their participation in the "Own a Tree" program at any time by submitting written notice. - Upon cancellation, all rights to the fruits produced by the tree will cease immediately. - Any fees paid, including the one-time Buy Tree fee and annual fees, are non-refundable. 4. Own a Orchard - Enrollment in the "Own a Orchard" program may be canceled at any time with written notice to the Company. - Upon cancellation, the owner will surrender all operational rights associated with the orchard until transfer of ownership is completed. - The management of the orchard will continue under the Company's oversight until the operational period concludes or all ownership rights are finalized. - All fees paid up until the cancellation date, including monthly consultation and management fees, are non-refundable. 5. No Refund Policy All services have a strict no-refund policy. All fees paid are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 6.
