For a nominal fee of $500 monthly, you can become a sponsor of a tree in our orchard, gaining access to the unique agricultural process while supporting community initiatives. Instead of knowing which tree you are sponsoring, you will receive a curated sample of the current seasonal produce, generously donated by other "Own a Tree" owners who are part of our Good Steward Legacy Program. Program Highlights - Community Engagement: As a sponsor, you’ll receive a sample of in-season produce that meets our strict marketing, growing, and authenticity standards. This produce is chosen by Frutodor and showcases the best of what our Good Stewards grow. - Connection to Nature: Immerse yourself in the world of horticulture without the responsibilities of ownership. You'll connect with the orchard and gain insights into sustainable farming practices and the art of grape growing. - Tasting Opportunities: Experience the most authentic flavors of the season with the produce delivered to you. Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Overview This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling enrollment in the "Sponsor a Tree," "Own a Tree," and "Own a Orchard" programs offered by Frutodor Limited. By enrolling in any of these services, you agree to abide by this policy. 2. Sponsor a Tree - Participants may cancel their sponsorship at any time by providing written notice to the Company. - Cancellation will terminate access to updates and benefits associated with the sponsorship, and no refunds will be issued for any fees paid, including the monthly sponsorship fee. 3. Own a Tree - Owners may cancel their participation in the "Own a Tree" program at any time by submitting written notice. - Upon cancellation, all rights to the fruits produced by the tree will cease immediately. - Any fees paid, including the one-time Buy Tree fee and annual fees, are non-refundable. 4. Own a Orchard - Enrollment in the "Own a Orchard" program may be canceled at any time with written notice to the Company. - Upon cancellation, the owner will surrender all operational rights associated with the orchard until transfer of ownership is completed. - The management of the orchard will continue under the Company's oversight until the operational period concludes or all ownership rights are finalized. - All fees paid up until the cancellation date, including monthly consultation and management fees, are non-refundable. 5. No Refund Policy All services have a strict no-refund policy. All fees paid are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 6. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy Frutodor Limited reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or notifications. Continued participation in the services after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms. By enrolling in any of our orchard services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy. Thank you for your interest in our programs!
